What are the delivery slots and locations?

Available Time Slots:

We offer flexible delivery windows throughout the day. Select your preferred time during checkout based on availability.

Campus Locations:

We deliver to all major campus areas including dormitories, academic buildings, and common areas. Choose your most convenient pickup location during checkout.

What is the food pack fee?

A ₦250 food pack fee applies to customized orders (Rice, Swallow, etc.) from Favour Divine, Bells, and Edo's Kitchen. This covers packaging for complex meals that require special preparation and containers.

Note: Simple items like drinks, snacks, or pre-packaged meals don't have this fee.

How do I pay for my order?

Cash on delivery is our primary payment method. Have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

Transfer on delivery may be accepted sometimes—please confirm via WhatsApp before placing your order if you prefer this option.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it's confirmed by the restaurant. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.

To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order ID. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if an item is unavailable?

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you via WhatsApp to discuss alternatives or remove the item from your order.

We always confirm substitutions with you before making any changes to ensure you're happy with your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the restaurant and current demand. Typically, orders are delivered within 30-60 minutes of your selected time slot. We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp if there are any delays.
